Kids & Parents Community Art/Story Contest

We are having an art/story contest for children
(up to 16 years old). Kids may submit drawings and/or stories (100-200 words) about ways
their community comes together. Events can be anything from holiday gatherings, festivals & parties, community center
activities, etc. Winning stories & pictures will be published in a book & calendar about kids' views of
their community & the impact togetherness has on their lives.
(Proceeds from the book will go to benefit an organization of your child's choice, or
to help address a specific community need.) All participants will receive a free gift for entering. Contest
Deadline is September 1, 2006.
