Your organization, school, or group can register to become a free member of our Helping Homes Program to receive charitable contributions for your group.  You can refer homebuyers to us through your organization.  When we find the right home or investment loan to fit their needs, we will donate $100 or more to your group for each referred homeowner.    It's an unique and easy way for your organization to increase donations.  It's a valuable service to offer home owners in your organization and community in exchange for their support.  We work with several lending sources to offer excellent rates on a wide variety of home loan options, with rates (good or bad credit) starting as low as 1.0%. (See our products & services here.)   We also offer a comprehensive database of non-profit organizations that can help your referrals receive grant funds (grants do not have to be paid back) to cover downpayment, closing costs, and debt consolidation.   We also send a special gift to your referral on your behalf, to thank them for their support and generosity.   We provide first-rate service to our clients, with immediate contact by phone, email, fax, or we can arrange and in-person visit at home or other location at their convenience.   To register your organization or school in the Helping Homes Program, please fill out the appropriate registration form below.  We will review your registration and send confirmation of your membership, along with details on how you may begin a fundraising campaign immediately.  If your group would like some marketing materials to help you advertise a fundraiser, please let us know, and we can create a free promotional package that you can use to help spread the word.   We look forward to welcoming your organization as a member, and thank you for your continued efforts to improve your community.
