	Refer an organization. When you refer a charity, school, or organization that needs help raising money  to us for our Helping Homes Program, we will send you a $25 reward for every home loan referral they send us.  The organization will receive at least $100 for every referral, and we will reward you as well. 	Refer a home owner/home buyer If you have a family member, neighbor, or friend who wants a better rate on their mortgage, or is looking to buy a home, you will receive $50/referral.  In addition, we will donate at least $100 to their favorite organization or school, and we will donate $50 to your favorite cause as well.
